Our Lifetime Warranty

The Vlora lifetime warranty covers the repair or replacement of products found to be defective or non-compliant with brand manufacturing standards. If a manufacturing issue is found, Vlora will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge. The decision regarding repair or replacement lies solely with Vlora.

Vlora expressly excludes responsibility for any failure of the product to perform as expected or for damages such as the loss of stones or any other non-conformities arising from or related to:

• Product misuse;

• Neglect, abuse, or accidental damage;

• Clear and excessive wear or strain;

• Any modification or work (including, but not limited to, resizing, stone setting, repairs, re-polishing, etc.) that adversely affects the material or craftsmanship of the original Vlora piece;

• Any craftsmanship or repair executed by any entity other than an authorized Vlora retailer.

To keep your fine jewelry beautiful for the next generation, we recommend regular professional cleaning and maintenance by your authorized Vlora jeweler. Prongs may need to be tightened every year or two to keep gems secure so make sure to have them checked when your piece is cleaned.

Warranty Exclusions

Vlora explicitly excludes services such as resizing or cleaning from this warranty. Since Vlora engagement rings do not include center stones, the Vlora warranty does not extend to any center stones and will not cover loss or damage of these stones at any point. Vlora recommends that product owners maintain an insurance policy to cover the total value of their products.

Warranty is void if the jeweler damages the ring, for example during sizing or center stone setting, or if the consumer damages the ring. Engraving or sizing (within 1 size up and down) will not void our warranty as long the rings are not damaged. Due to the nature of eternity rings exposing diamonds to the surface, Vlora cannot replace lost diamonds including from general wear and tear unless it is a manufacturing defect reported within 30 days of purchase. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

Warranty Process

In the very rare event of a defect in your jewelry, we recommend that you notify the authorized Vlora retailer from whom the purchase was made within 30 days of purchase. The authorized retailer will contact Vlora on your behalf to determine if the ring should be sent to us for repair or if the ring will be repaired at the retail level. If the ring is sent to Vlora, we will provide a full quality control inspection to determine the coverage. Vlora does not offer insurance for the product and assumes no responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit.

Limitation Of Liability

Vlora and its authorized retailers will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise, in contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), Including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits, resulting from or connected with the product’s use or inability to be used. This limitation applies even if Vlora or its authorized dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of Vlora or its authorized retailers shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
